Why hasn't this ever been done before? It should be an obvious thing.
Drawing class has gotten into my brain, so I tried a new way of shading on this one, that isn't so cell-like/cartoony, even though the actual drawing is. I think I'm gonna keep it. And by the way, I know there aren't 99 balloons in the picture. That you can SEE. Let's pretend Major has the other... 83. Yeah |D.
